This is Shelley Constructions speciality and success has derived from the 'hands on' management of contracts, precision planning and the proven relationships and partnerships with consulting engineers and architects. Shelley Construction has a strong portfolio of successful new build projects and continues to develop an excellent reputation for its work.
Extensions
Initial contracts were primarily extensions to existing
properties and Shelley Construction continues to provide a high 
quality
and cost effective service.
The Maintenance Department
Shelley Construction has partnered very successfully with two well-known local house builders, working full time for their customer care departments. In addition to this their portfolio of clients include Apollo Theatres, Hanover Housing Association and Nationwide Facilities plus numerous local hotels and businesses.
We offer a full time out of hours emergency facility but will also be pleased to discuss planned or cyclic maintenance.
Health and Safety
Shelley Construction prides itself on its commitment to Health and Safety issues and has an appointed officer. Its excellent safety record stems from ensuring every employee has an individual responsibility to ensure all activities are carried out safely. We also partner with the Safety Service Group - major local safety advisors.
